Our Specialized Assembly sector of Quantum Assembly has a long history of proven success. The main areas of focus here are electronics parts services which include wiring assemblies, electronic sub-assemblies and quality testing. We are also able to work on small parts assemblies and custom projects.
GULFSTREAM AEROSPACE
Quantum is an approved quality control final inspector for wiring harnesses and detailed assemblies for Gulfstream Aerospace. Our Specialized Assembly team has been building wiring harnesses and structural components for Gulfstream Aerospace corporate and military aircrafts for more than 25 years at our location. As Department #100 of the Gulfstream Aerospace plant, our dedicated team produces work with 100% quality-assurance rating.
Engineering orders and blueprints from the engineers at Gulfstream are used to craft key wiring components essential to parts such as the automatic pilot, wing flaps and lights. Electrical wiring harness assembly, spot welding of thermocouple wires, and structural gluing and parts assembly, backed by computerized functionality testing, are among some of the impressive capabilities we have at Quantum, Inc.
JCB, INC.
Quantum's working relationship with JCB began in 2008 working on the HMME products for the military side of their manufacturing. Since then, we have worked on wiring assemblies, dashboard assemblies, ABS sensors and other small electrical and small-parts assemblies. We have been able to use our wiring expertise from our experience with Gulfstream to re-work small electrical assemblies that arrived at JCB with errors from the supplier. The working relationship with JCB is truly valued and as the work increases, the number of consumers and staff involved with the jobs will increase as well.
